My approach to the Eczema Dis*Ease is changing…

I’ve used Shea butter for moisturizing for years, I believe it is one of the reasons I’ve been successful at keeping this dis*ease on the Healthier side of the Scale
Alata soap for cleansing because it’s gentle and years back I found I had to get away from the well known soaps and body washes, they added to the dry ash in my reality

Recently I had a major Break*Out which scared me enough to send me to MDs and had me using their steroids and advice

I am a Natural Living kind of Woman, the pharmaceuticals don’t sit work comfortably in my continued balancing towards my Healthy Body*Self

My approach is to make changes every 3-4 weeks which gives me time to see and note the results of each step

These are a few steps I have taken in the last few weeks
-increase vitamin D intake [as per the Doc]
-apple cider vinegar with honey as tea [my holistic mothers/sistahs recommend this highly]
-moisturizing 2-4 times @day, can’t every be enough in this dry ash existence and added Emu oil which has become my out of the shower before I pat dry in place of the Olive oil, which was a bit heavy for me but another great moisturizer
-increasing fruit and vegetable intake

…we continue this walk to deal with the Dis*Ease called Eczema, just remember that we must Re*Balance our Body*Self in a more Health*Full place!
